Warranty Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY TERMS
At PerFix.app, we are dedicated to providing high-quality service and reliable parts. Therefore, we offer the following warranties:

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a minimum 30-day warranty on workmanship from the repair date.
  • Parts and Labor Warranty: All parts and labor we provide carry a minimum 3-month warranty from the repair date. If an extended warranty period has been arranged, it will be detailed in the receipt and invoice.
  • Claim Notification: If a defect arises within the warranty period, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.
  • Exclusions:
    • Our warranty does not cover additional or subsequent repairs not initially specified.
    • The warranty does not cover different issues with the same appliance, even if symptoms are similar.
    • Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Appliances used in commercial or industrial settings.
  • Cosmetic or non-functional parts, including but not limited to glass, trim, handles, panels, counters, tubs, baskets, structural elements, doors, door trims, and shelves.
  • Plumbing connections, whether replaced or recommended for replacement.
  • Appliances moved from the original repair or installation site.
  • Repairs using non-original manufacturer parts.

Payment Terms: Warranties are contingent upon full payment of all amounts due as stated in the applicable price quote.


PerFix Appliance Repair Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • PerFix Appliance Repair offers a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor provided during the repair service.
  • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • The warranty period begins on the date the original repair is completed.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by external factors such as misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or accidental damage.
  • Normal wear and tear of components.
  • Appliances that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by non-PerFix Appliance Repair technicians.
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of food due to refrigerator or freezer failure.

3. Claims Process

  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at 209-200-8528 or email perfix.app@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our technician will schedule a visit to assess the appliance and determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
  • If the issue is deemed to be caused by factors outside our control, such as external interference, the repair will not be covered under warranty, and a service fee may apply.

4. Inspection Technology

  • PerFix Appliance Repair utilizes advanced technology and measurement tools to detect external interference or tampering with the repaired appliance.
  • In addition to a thorough visual inspection for any signs of external damage, these technologies help us ensure the integrity of our repairs.
  • If our inspection reveals that the appliance has been tampered with or subjected to external forces, the warranty will be voided. The customer will be responsible for any repair costs resulting from such interference.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • PerFix Appliance Repair’s liability is limited to the original cost of the repair service.
  • The warranty does not cover any transportation or shipping costs related to the repair.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the specific appliance repaired.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment for the technician.
  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding the appliance and its condition at the time of service.
  • Customers should follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for proper appliance use and maintenance to prevent future issues.

7. Legal Rights

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved under the laws of the State of California.
