PerFix Appliance Repair Warranty Policy

- PerFix Appliance Repair offers a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor provided during the repair service.
- This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
- The warranty period begins on the date the original repair is completed.
2. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:- Issues caused by external factors such as misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or accidental damage.
- Normal wear and tear of components.
- Appliances that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by non-PerFix Appliance Repair technicians.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of food due to refrigerator or freezer failure.
3. Claims Process
- To make a warranty claim, contact us at 209-200-8528 or email perfix.app@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our technician will schedule a visit to assess the appliance and determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
- If the issue is deemed to be caused by factors outside our control, such as external interference, the repair will not be covered under warranty, and a service fee may apply.
4. Inspection Technology
