Privacy Policy and Warranty Terms

PerFix.app Terms & Conditions
The service call fee covers the cost of sending our skilled technician to your home or business to assess and diagnose the issue with your appliance or equipment. This fee includes the technician’s time, travel expenses, and expertise to evaluate the problem and provide a repair estimate.

If you decide to move forward with the repair, the service call fee will be deducted from the total repair cost.

If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the service call fee is due at the time of the technician’s visit.


PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is expected immediately after the repair unless a 14-day payment term is agreed upon and documented in the invoice.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments by cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Please make checks payable to PerFix.app.

By settling the balance stated on the provided invoices, the Customer confirms that all requested services as of that date, and/or any additional services listed in the description section of the invoice, have been successfully completed and tested unless specified otherwise. Labor charges will apply if any repair work has been performed. By accepting this invoice, the Customer agrees to pay in full the amount noted in the “Total” section.

If a deposit was paid in advance for a repair and the client cancels due to circumstances outside of the company’s control, this deposit is non-refundable.


WARRANTY TERMS
At PerFix.app, we are dedicated to providing high-quality service and reliable parts. Therefore, we offer the following warranties:

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a minimum 30-day warranty on workmanship from the repair date.
  • Parts and Labor Warranty: All parts and labor we provide carry a minimum 3-month warranty from the repair date. If an extended warranty period has been arranged, it will be detailed in the receipt and invoice.
  • Claim Notification: If a defect arises within the warranty period, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.
  • Exclusions:
    • Our warranty does not cover additional or subsequent repairs not initially specified.
    • The warranty does not cover different issues with the same appliance, even if symptoms are similar.
    • Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Appliances used in commercial or industrial settings.
  • Cosmetic or non-functional parts, including but not limited to glass, trim, handles, panels, counters, tubs, baskets, structural elements, doors, door trims, and shelves.
  • Plumbing connections, whether replaced or recommended for replacement.
  • Appliances moved from the original repair or installation site.
  • Repairs using non-original manufacturer parts.

Payment Terms: Warranties are contingent upon full payment of all amounts due as stated in the applicable price quote.
